Charlie visits James Colt, a renowned therapist, for advice regarding her personal life. Her partner has not been contributing to the relationship, and Charlie is starting to get angry - she doesn't know what else to do but seek out therapy. James mentions that he has a therapy method that is a little… alternative. James first tells Charlie to masturbate in front of him. She is uncomfortable but obliges.
